Update: I added Willy's Clefable marks around the eyes and worked a bit on whole sketch lineart.
Mind you, it's because it's lineART, so if I'm semi-realistic and outline fluff, I worked more here. Most noticeable changes are in Kirby's curled hair ^w^

I'm sorry, but I feel worse about keeping everything I draw/sketch only to myself.

Sure I have many beta-comic sketches and some informative messy drawings to "write down" ideas for my stories, but...
I think you won't mind my chaotic ideas.

Being on wave of Kirby x William also training my fluff sketching/outline drawing skills, I decided to just sketch the idea that I couldn't resist.
Even if it's set in further future of my stories.

I admire soo much some artists I watch who might have sketchy style, but GOSH, they got it at accurate and well done level
I...I can't even get HOW. I know they got life too.
Might I just need time to improve the speed AND motivation. Really, I still hardly can overcome working on even one-shot comics,
because they're practically gathered few drawings at once...every time I think I'm done, it's just one drawing...and when I face something
I can't overcome...THE PROGRESS DIES.

I still have Cara the Cacturne comic WIP which you probably already forgotten I shown in one of my journals, because of Murkrows.
Their fluff was too much for me atm.

Not to mention, the backgrounds. I. Can't. Stand. Urbanic. Backgrounds and Kalos is almost all about that...
Luckily, X/Y games are pretty realistically detailed enough to let me come through, definitely way better than Sinnoh,
which is the place where I set my stories first chronologically.

OCs and scene commentary

I follow the Pokemon games mechanism that offspring are always female species and I even have an explanation for that, so...why Cleffa, William's species?

...I just coudln't stand an image from my imagination that Kirby would hold in her hands one. I'm sorry(?), even if I love intimidating, full of teeth and spikes
dragons and prehistpric reptiles which in Pokemon world can attack with not only fire, but do way more incredible things, I still have weakness
to such adorable stuff

If you don't know yet, it's rare, but known examples where female adopted orphaned young, even of another species!
Furthermore, here we have Pokemon. Creatures which are almost always portaited as showing human behaviour or expressions.
Of course you can say it's only anime to promote Pokemon, but no,nono...we have way more than that. PMD series, manga...
and some examples in games. Here we have two OC Pokemon which were raised since birth alongside people and domesticated Pokemon,
so I consider them behaving and thinking even more in human-way.

William isn't young adult, as human equivalent I see him being around 35 years old. He was a free spirit, careless male that just enjoyed the freedom,
but since he started a job in the museum, he got a feel he wishes to have someone to support him after hard day, someone Willy would
simply cuddle to and take a break off routine sometimes proudly giving something great from gathered amount of money. Willy ain't into romance,
because I see him just too much giving his heart and effort enough to the one he loves, so not looking for cheating. Not to mention, if he wants
to be treated fairly, he considers he would be fair too.

No, not as fairy type, but as zodiacal Leo heehee X'D

Unfortuntely, the World isn't full of ones like him, there are Pokemon who aren't noble, not only typical villains.
William's money and gentleman attitude attracted one female who only seeked a romance and pleasure,
but he haven't noticed that, becasue it was time when he was putting effort into getting higher rank in job
(PARDON MY ENGLISH)- female CLEFABLE seemed as his true love, but she just made perfect use of him being busy
and needing mental support to not give up or get burned down by work. She made him hope and dream to have a child like him,
 but unfortunately the truth came out, she left him.

...that's why when he married Kirby and she got pregnant, William knew that can ask her for adopting Cleffa.
It's a tough ask, because even without restrictions what kind of young they wish for, both parents have to go through troublesome process,
submitt documents, fullfill certain restrictions and participate in lawsuit in order to get accepted. Moreover, he wanted certain species which are rare
and if Pokemon trainer bred more than wishes, they usually are raised to be released in wild to increase wild populations...

Knowing Kirby, strong willed female that also can understand wishes on higher level, he decided to make his wish true.
ME BAD, ME GIVES SPOILERS, but I can tell you, I will mark in my stories that there was suspence, pretty hard time and long wait untill you will see
this scene. You can imagine why he's tearing up, it wasn't a fairy tale, but real life untill he saw little Cleffa in her arms that's for sure their kid,
same as few baby Chansey that Kirby gave birth earlier.

*Thrivia #1: I see Kirby wearing clothes like William does wear suit, because if she will get into his environment,
she wants to keep up with image on his side, because she just don't mind this. Not to mention, I see it pretty practical,
because a dress protects her fur from getting dirty if something accidentally happens.
Additionally, it might be obviously troublesome to her to wear and wear off dress, so...there goes William who loves to help her with that,
enjoying seeing her change in his eyes~

*Thrivia #2: I really enjoy this concept, because...my life, even if short, again; I sadly experienced death of my brother(I had two),
the one that was into mechanics, so my dad as mechanican really looked upon him.
Yes, he felt deep sorrow to lost him, not the other one, if I can say such horrible thought.
That's why there's more than just "AWW, CLEFFA" here.
